Cancellation Policies

 

Discover 2014 would be held on 24/10-26/10!

 

In case of any delegate withdrawal before or during the conference, the following dates set the standard withdrawal and refund arrangement for BOTH local and international delegates.

 

1. By 23:59 on 18th October, 2014 (GMT+8) *international delegates only

• Half (50%) of the delegate fee would be charged if you withdraw from the paid-confirmed delegate seat.

• However, if the withdrawal is made with i) sound reason(s) AND ii) valid documentary proof, then full paid delegate fee (100%) would be refunded with no extra fee charged.

2. Between 18th October, 2014 - 23:59 on 21st October, 2014 (GMT+8)

• Full (100%) delegate fee would be charged if you withdraw from the paid-confirmed delegate seat.

• However, if the withdrawal is made with i) sound reason(s) AND ii) valid documentary proof, then full paid delegate fee (50%) would be refunded with no extra fee charged.

3. 22nd October, 2014 onwards (GMT+8)

• FULL (100%) delegate fee would be charged in ALL circumstances. Any withdrawal or refund arrangement would not be allowed.

•  

General Reminders:

• You are requested to report your intended absence to the CC team through formal email notification or else no-show cases will be recorded. This may affect your priority in later AIESEC in HONG KONG national conferences.

• The time and date shown on the cancellation email from delegate(s) would be considered for any possible refund arrangement.

• Please also note that you may not request the CC team to transfer your delegate fee to another application, which is not yet paid.

 

 

* Payment confirmation email should be sent within 24 hours to avoid possible disputes on financial issues.

* The member committee of AIESEC in HONG KONG and the CC team of Discover 2014 reserve the final decision rights on all application, withdrawal and refund request.
