Local delegate (LTs) application is now OPEN!

Delegate Fee

All payment should be made in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD).
For international delegates (IDGs), the early-bird conference fee is HKD 800,

whereas for final round application, the conference fee for individual application is HKD 900, and HKD 800 for group application (at least 2 people applying together).
For local delegates (LDGs), the conference fee is HKD 450.
The fee includes accommodation during conference, meals, session materials, transportation between session venues and light refreshment.

Application Procedures

For New Members

Step 1: Make payment for the conference fee (HKD 450) to your LC account through ATM.
Click here for the bank account information of each LC as well as the payment guideline.
Step 2: Fill in application form (click here) and attach your indemnity form (click here) AND payment receipt the application form.
Step 3: Submit application form on or before 16/10 (GMT+8 23:59).
*Late application may not be accepted.
Step 4: Result of your application will be announced through email after the application period. Unsuccessful delegates will be notified for refund arrangement by their local committees.

For LTs

Step 1: Fill in application form (click here) and attach your indemnity form (click here) on it.
Step 2: Submit the application form on or before 10/10 (GMT +8 23:59).
*Late application may not be accepted.
Step 3: Result your application will be announced through email after the application period.
